1. Independent Escrow & Intermediary Disclaimer
AccountDock functions solely as an independent community facilitator, escrow coordinator, and manual transaction moderator. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. The official Instagram website can be found at instagram.com. The names "Instagram", "IG", as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.2. Eligibility & Strict 10,000 Follower Limitation
To protect buyers from bot-farming, copyright disputes, and inflated valuation fraud, AccountDock enforces a strict cap: only accounts with fewer than 10,000 followers are eligible for listing. Any listing detected or reported with artificial bots, fake engagement, or exceeding the 10K limit will be immediately blacklisted and removed without compensation.3. Safe Manual Payment & Escrow Guarantee (Payment Only Via QR Code)
To eliminate online payment gateway fraud, chargebacks, and phishing, all payments are conducted exclusively through verified Admin escrow using the Official AccountDock QR Code.- Payment Mode: Payments are strictly accepted via the Official AccountDock UPI QR Code. No direct bank account numbers or third-party links are ever used.
- Buyers must NEVER send payment directly to any seller. Direct payments to sellers violate these terms and forfeit all escrow protections.
- Official payment QR codes are verified through our official Telegram channel (@mangaloop) or official email (shujaatbhat8@gmail.com).
- Funds remain held safely in escrow until the buyer confirms access and login verification.
4. Transparent 2% Escrow Fee Structure
AccountDock charges a transparent, flat 2% escrow fee on all transactions. This fee covers manual credential inspection, 2FA verification, recovery email transfer oversight, and fraud protection. The 2% fee is clearly itemized prior to final payment and deducted upon deal completion.5. Transfer of Credentials & 24-Hour Inspection Warranty
Upon receipt of escrow payment via the official QR code, the seller is obligated to provide full primary credentials (including associated original email/OG access). The buyer is granted a 24-hour inspection period to secure the account (changing password, updating 2FA, and removing prior linked numbers). Once 24 hours have elapsed without a dispute, the escrow payout is released to the seller (minus the 2% fee), and the trade is finalized as non-refundable.6. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
We adhere to strict data minimization principles:- We only collect essential transaction information: Instagram handles, contact email, Telegram handle / phone, and payout details required to finalize deals.
- We never ask for or store passwords on unencrypted public channels. Passwords are handled strictly in private channels during verified handover.
- We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize personal user details or contact directories to third parties or marketing networks.
